Adam Williams – Mr. Williams stated the new 2019 budget process and funds takes a big chunk of time.  There is a lot of work involved and he doesn’t want to understate how much time that takes.  He appreciates Dr. Gullion and his team for taking charge, having a good plan, and getting us where we need to be.  There is a lot of value in trying to make this a smooth transition. He stated this is pretty major in the accounting world and there are a lot of moving parts.  He gave special kudos to the tech team for all the work they’ve been doing and wishes them the best of luck.
